IMPORTANT NOTES
Micro Events:
Small Parties & Micro Events fall under a different pricing structure than simple rental rates due to additional set up and clean up times, coordination, etc. Please email us directly to coordinate a party or event. We can house up to 20 people comfortably in the space.
General Space Rentals:
Photography, classes, seminars, and personal use fall under the general pricing structure listed above.
Parking:
When Entering the property, drive down the path between the house & the big shop - The Glass House is located at the back side of the property. Parking is located along the fence.

The following areas are included for use when booking The Glass House:

The Inside & outside of The Glass House

The lilac Bushes on the East side of the building

The Willow Tree at the entrance of the property

The Trees on the center island at the entrance

A portable bathroom is located on the South side of the shop
* PLEASE be respectful and refrain from using any part of the house, the shop and be mindful of the grass yard, as this is very costly to keep nice.
